This 4 week training plan tells you when and how long to do each session so you will finish with confidence.

Training Plan Includes:

  1. 3 weeks to build stamina/endurance
  2. Taper week to rest properly for your event
  3. 2 Strength days
  4. 2 rest/recovery days
  5. Options for beginner (1.5-2 hrs training per week) and Intermediate (2-3 hours training per week) fitness levels
  6. 2 detailed swim workouts
  7. 2 detailed run workouts
